or .**Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.*** Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.* Own the strategic vision and execution of the annual and seasonal retail marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities and driving regional business growth.* Drive end-to-end campaign leadership, overseeing the retail marketing calendar and ensuring timely, high-impact execution of brand launches, activations, and seasonal initiatives.* Architect the visual merchandising strategy across all store formats, balancing brand storytelling, commercial effectiveness, and operational scalability.* Serve as a key strategic partner to Global Marketing, Product Merchandising, Store Operations, and Creative, ensuring seamless integration of consumer experiences across all touchpoints.* Oversee external partnerships and agency relationships, ensuring best-in-class execution and efficient resource management across marketing and visual merchandising deliverables.* Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, ROI, and business impact across the retail ecosystem.* Act as a senior stakeholder in fleet transformation initiatives, including new store openings, remodels, and format evolution, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
