Now Hiring:

Marketing Specialist to join our awesome community, tackle projects for the world’s best startups, and learn at the speed of a comet.

Location:

USA, Latin America, Europe; must be able to cover

9:00–18:00 PST .

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, email, paid media, partnerships, and community channels.

Manage day‑to‑day content distribution and ensure messaging consistency across all digital platforms.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and audience insights.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (content, product, operations) to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.

Track and analyze performance data to inform decision‑making and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Contribute to building clients brand presence through storytelling, value‑driven content, and community engagement.

Support coordination of marketing assets, calendars, and internal workflows to ensure smooth execution.

About You:

2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital communications (startup or tech environment is a must have).

Solid understanding of multi‑channel marketing, including social, email, paid media, and community‑driven strategies.

Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and platforms.

Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting performance data and using insights to guide action.

Hands‑on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Notion, HubSpot or similar).

Timely Delivery : Ability to manage tasks effectively, provide daily progress updates, and consistently meet deadlines.

Communication : Fluent in English, with experience working with US‑based clients.
