As the
Senior Digital Consumer Growth Marketing Manager , you will lead the strategy and execution of digital consumer growth across our North America web and CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will define and optimize acquisition, web, and CRM programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate consumer adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate will be an expert in understanding and elevating the end-to-end digital consumer journey—from experience optimization to nurturing high-intent leads through conversion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer relationship marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will manage CRM platforms, oversee segmentation and personalization, and lead email nurturing and loyalty campaigns based on consumer data and insights. Ultimately, this role requires a strategic digital leader who can shape the vision for web and CRM growth, champion consumer-centric optimization, and orchestrate cross-functional execution that delivers measurable business impact. Role expectations
Establish the strategic direction for the development of new web and CRM projects. Identify and set strategic direction for large projects pertaining to holistic web strategy Define and execute the series of experiments that measure consumer behavior helping the company understand which experiments yield a higher likelihood of success Develop systems including measurement and actions based on measurement for GEO performance Define and scale marketing automation programs that support lead nurturing, retention, and reactivation. Establish and adhere to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements Evaluate web and email performance to find optimization opportunities and test ideas with A/B tests. Manage SEO/GEO vendor relationship and implement strategies to increase organic search traffic across markets. Develop and implement SEO/GEO content strategies to influence overall web visibility outcomes. Oversee the Doctor Locator by identifying innovation opportunities, creating communication materials, providing product updates to sales and leadership teams, and investigating and resolving issues from customer complaints. Offer ongoing support to business initiatives and partnerships, delivering insights and recommendations as necessary. Ensure adherence to guidelines for the creation of all web and email marketing materials. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups Maintain the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship Viewed internally as an organizational expert within defined subject area. Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area. Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 6 years of direct experience in consumer web, SEO or CRM Experience with Optimizely, Google Analytics, Salesforce, JIRA, Contentful, HotJar, GEO tools preferred Must be a strong collaborator who can manage the needs of internal stakeholders across teams Able to develop strong team relationships cross functionally as well as inter-departmentally to bring individuals together to focus on team goals. If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
