Pay Range: $65 - $71/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the Brand Design team which is responsible for the creative and art direction of the company, deliver consistent brand design across digital, print, event, and presentation channel
• Contribute to the expansion and creation of our brand visual identity system and core brand assets
• Collaborate with marketing, event, producers, production, content, motion and video teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and high-quality design outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Motion Graphics Design
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Keynote
• Google Slides
• Motion/animation skills
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Canva
• Wrike
• AI Tools in design process
• Minimum 5 years of brand/graphic design experience, ideally in corporate or mid-to-large tech environments.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of, and experience in, developing and working within evolving brand systems.
• Technical expertise preparing deliverables for digital, print, and large-scale formats.
• Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, print, event, keynote).
• Avoid portfolios with only UI/UX/product design work .
