to join our fast-paced marketing and event promotions team. This
entry-level role

Role Overview As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and supporting brand initiatives for clients and nonprofit partners. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
Assist with content creation, social media engagement, and outreach materials
Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and community activations
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure project success
Represent client and company brands professionally at events
Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
No prior experience required— paid training provided
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with teams and the public
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in customer service, retail, promotions, or volunteer work
