ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager that specializes in SMM for e-commerce brands. You’ll need to have exceptional design and creative skills with a proven track record of amplifying the social media presence, following, and engagement for an e-commerce brand. You’ll be creating content, executing campaigns, managing the community, researching trends, and regularly reporting results back to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms

Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written) for posting

Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways, campaigns, collaborations, etc.

Continuously track and measure key social media KPIs (impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, etc.), while providing regular reports to the team

Optimize social media campaigns campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights

Provide outstanding community management by engaging with and responding to social media comments/questions in the brand’s voice and in a timely manner

Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media presence

Monitor and analyze competitor activity on social media

Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand

Exceptional familiarity and knowledge with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights

Deep experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools

Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills

Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)

Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift

Experience with influencer and affiliate management is a plus

Nice-to-have: experience with Gmail and Slack
