Customer Service Team Members
who can smile through the storm and sell through the silence. If you’ve ever helped someone fix their phone while they blamed you for the weather, you’re halfway there!
Customer Service Team Member Must-Dos:
Be the friendly face of TruConnect, even when customers are channeling their inner "it's not you, it's my Wi-Fi." Answer questions and resolve concerns with empathy, because we've all been there – staring at a loading screen like it's a personal affront. Educate customers on service options and upgrades, helping them unlock their true telecom potential (and maybe avoid future crash outs). Maintain accurate records of interactions, so we can prove that yes, we did tell them to "turn it off and on again." Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Team Members to improve service delivery, because teamwork makes the dream work (and keeps the customer interactions going). Attend training sessions and stay informed, because the only thing constant in telecom is change. Represent the brand with professionalism, even when you're secretly Googling "how to explain broadband to a ham sandwich." Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, because a happy customer is a loyal customer (and less likely to badmouth our services).
