About the Role As we rapidly scale in the U.S., we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of clean energy!
This is a highly executable, hands-on role for someone who thrives on getting things done and producing clear, compelling content that communicates our technical product to a B2B audience. You will turn ideas into action across social media, content, webinars, events, email marketing, and digital advertising.
You will collaborate closely with the U.S. Marketing team but also work independently, contributing creative ideas and driving measurable impact. Strong technical writing skills are essential for explaining complex solutions with clarity. Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) is a strong plus.
Location:
Hybrid - Boston, MA or Remote (Eastern Time Zone).

What you’ll do
Content & Communications
Write and refine high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, and press releases.
Support the creation of presentations and marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoints).
Update and improve website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with messaging.
Provide input on content strategy by identifying gaps, opportunities, and high-impact topics.
Campaign & Channel Execution
Execute and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Build, launch, and analyze targeted email marketing campaigns.
Run and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
Assist in the strategy and execution of ABM initiatives targeting high-value accounts.
Recommend channel improvements and introduce new campaign ideas based on data and best practices.
Events & Webinars
Plan, coordinate, and run webinars end-to-end, from content development through follow-up workflows.
Support and manage industry events and tradeshows, ensuring impactful brand presence and measurable outcomes. (Travel Required)
Contribute to event strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, and ROI evaluation.
Analytics & Collaboration
Track, manage, and report on leads across channels to measure performance and inform decision‑making.
Own key components of the marketing calendar to ensure programs launch on time and meet objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team and cross‑functional partners - especially Sales - to align on messaging, campaign goals, and lead quality.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize performance, and enhance marketing operations.
What you’ll bring to the team
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex B2B SaaS or technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive, independent work style paired with a strong can‑do attitude and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
Comfortable leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Photoshop, and Canva daily marketing work.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD.
The final salary offered will depend on several factors, which may include, but is not limited to relevant years of experience, educational background, industry knowledge, and technical skills.
