Produce fashion‑focused, culturally relevant content that resonates with Gen Z shoppers. Identify and jump on trends early to position the brand as first‑to‑market. Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. Plan and support small onsite shoots, styling sessions, and content days. Manage daily posting, performance tracking, and optimization across TikTok and Instagram. Engage with the online community through comments, stitches, duets, and real-time interactions. Repurpose content across platforms while keeping tone and aesthetic consistent. Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment with voice and visuals. Produce ad‑ready creative that converts while remaining playful, bold, and fashion-centric. Stay plugged into fashion, culture, memes, creators, and emerging platform features. Must-Have Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience creating social media content for brands or personal platforms. Strong on‑camera presence and confidence styling, speaking, and filming. Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, social media trends, and digital culture. Proven ability to create highly engaging, scroll‑stopping content in a fast‑paced environment. A fashion lover with an eye for styling, aesthetics, and detail. Skilled in editing short‑form video. Highly organized, self‑sufficient, and able to manage tight timelines. Positive team player who brings energy and creative perspective. PHYSICAL REQUISITES Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
