Graphic Design And Production Specialist
Produce visually engaging and professional quality graphic design and layout of logos, brochures, catalogs, policy briefs, calendars, posters, flyers, newsletters, advertisement reports, surveys, powerpoint presentations, social media and other web or printed materials including swag and signage for Latino Studies. Consult with immediate supervisor to determine the most appropriate method for preparing work to meet production deadlines and marketing objectives and to make necessary adjustments according to feedback. Collaborate with Latino Studies team in planning and executing projects and events. Aid in content capture with photography or videography as needed. Updates website content and assists in social media posts. Coordinates with internal and external printing entities and converts files to appropriate formats for each specific project. Research current trends in format and material for innovative graphic design projects and research content relevant to Latino Studies topics. Attend workshops and trainings to keep up-to-date with market. Other related functions as assigned.
