Overview
We are seeking an Account Manger, Influencer Marketing to join our Integrated Marketing team. The ideal candidate will act as the account lead on smaller and mid‑sized pieces of business and/or to lead individual portions of larger pieces of business. The applicant will maintain best‑in‑class and leading‑edge knowledge of influencer marketing, social, paid media, and content campaigns, methods and approaches. They will act as an ambassador across the agency for Integrated Marketing initiatives and help grow accounts and contribute to new business efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement influencer marketing and creator social campaigns for clients and new business.
Execute influencer/creator programs for clients including research, identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and managing delivery of creative content.
Maintain regular client contact, both verbal and written, to develop a senior relationship and serve as a strategic partner to clients.
Prepare and manage influencer program plans and timelines for various accounts.
Appropriately delegate assignments to reporting team members; provide ongoing counsel to junior staff on improving key skills.
Forecast budgets, track project utilization and provide invoice details.
Work with account teams to develop big‑picture skills vis‑à‑vis strategic planning, client development, etc.
Serve as resident expert on influencer trends and related subjects.
Actively pursue learning and professional development opportunities.
Write and/or edit materials (strategy, digital content, social audits) with a keen eye.
Participate on an Allison’s committee.
Promote and uphold Allison’s core values.
Qualifications
Exemplary follow‑through and execution skills.
Self‑motivated, eager to learn and enthusiastic about the work.
Has a reputation for being a strategic partner to manager and account leads.
Strong writing and presentation skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record in supporting organic growth and business development.
Prior management of direct reports is a plus.
Account managers at Allison typically have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or a related field, at a brand or agency.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $72,000–$108,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
