Marketing Specialist (Hybrid — NYC)

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategic initiatives, manage integrated campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate brand presence and engagement.
This is a high‑visibility role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and senior leadership to deliver innovative marketing experiences that drive awareness, pipeline, and ROI.
About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist , you will manage mid‑to‑large scale marketing programs end‑to‑end — from planning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis. You will oversee media planning, social content strategy, event coordination, and ROI measurement to ensure high‑quality delivery across channels.
You’ll serve as a subject‑matter expert within the broader marketing organization, guiding the integration of multiple adjacent projects and ensuring alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
Develop comprehensive promotion plans to maximize awareness and drive generation pre‑-, during, and post‑campaign.
Analyze audience data to uncover new marketing opportunities and insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with growth, content, media, and design teams to build integrated marketing programs.
Work with senior marketing leadership to establish project strategy, KPIs, and success metrics.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure follow‑through on all campaigns and maximize business impact.
Media, Social & Events
Manage and guide multiple media agencies to prioritize workflows and elevate execution.
Lead creative social content development, social selling programs, and employee activation initiatives.
Oversee event logistics including vendor negotiation, AV planning, swag, registration platforms, and gifting.
Performance, ROI & Reporting
Track and report campaign ROI tied to pipeline, revenue, MQLs, and cost‑per‑metric performance.
Analyze campaign effectiveness using CRM and project management tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
7 Years of experience running mid‑to‑large marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Strong media placement and media planning experience.
Strong experience in media planning , social media management , and integrated marketing campaigns .
Solid understanding of SEO , consumer behavior , and data‑driven decision‑making.
Demonstrated experience with project management and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement .
Hands‑on experience working with agencies and managing complex workflows.
Strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in event management , influencer marketing , and deal negotiation is beneficial.
