About the Role Great Day Improvements, LLC is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, KDesigners. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will generate new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods throughout the states we currently operate in. You will also collect reviews from our previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing the products and services we provide. This position is hourly plus commission, earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase from us. We reimburse certain travel costs and offer performance-based bonuses. Please ask the recruiting/hiring manager for additional details. Responsibilities Generate highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing. Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared by KDesigners. Introduce KDesigners offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates. Obtain contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners. Answer questions and respond to objections using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible. Transport yourself to assigned events or territory and work independently while representing KDesigners with courtesy and professionalism. Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to travel to events and gear to various locations. Previous field marketing, canvassing, or door-to-door experience is a plus. Age 18+. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
