Responsibilities

- Overseeing the entire creative process and guiding the creative team, fostering an environment that encourages out‑of‑the‑box thinking and innovation.
- Working closely with multi‑functional teams to ensure that our creative strategy is effectively integrated into all facets of the business.
- Managing and nurturing the talent within the creative team, encouraging professional growth and maintaining a high standard of creative work.
- Presenting creative ideas and strategies to the senior management team as well as clients.
- Ensuring the end‑to‑end quality, effectiveness, and on‑time delivery of all creative projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior creative role, with a diverse portfolio showcasing excellent design and creative thinking.
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to guide teams to success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Degree in design, marketing, communication, or related field.
- Familiarity with digital technology and trends, and how they can be leveraged to create impactful brands and communications.
- Highly detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to deliver high‑quality work under time constraints.
