Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for enterprise platforms like LMS, LXP, and Seismic. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and business success by analyzing business processes, implementing technological solutions, and leading the design and execution of projects. This role demands a highly analytical individual who can collaborate effectively across different teams and contribute strategic insights to improve our competitive positioning.
Job Requirements
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for LMS, LXP, and Seismic platforms.
- Lead the strategic planning and advisory, proposing and justifying technology solutions.
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of technology projects.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure technical specifications and business needs are met.
- Perform business and systems analysis to identify improvement areas and document system specifications.
Must Have Skills
- Proficient in UX design for enterprise platforms.
- Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Industry Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise platforms such as LMS, LXP, Salesforce, and Seismic.
- This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office 2 days a week in San Francisco, Mountain View, or San Diego.
