Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies that align with Betabrand’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create engaging content for all major platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, captions, and stories.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar for product launches, promotions, and ongoing brand storytelling.
- Engage directly with followers by responding to comments and messages while maintaining our brand tone.
- Monitor analytics, track engagement, and refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to coordinate content for new releases and campaigns.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships and opportunities for user-generated content.
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to keep our channels innovative and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X/Twitter).
- Ability to create high-quality visual and written content.
- Comfortable analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
