Job Description Summary

This role leads complex projects that enhance user experiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to implement global process improvements based on user insights, mentoring junior team members, and applying functional expertise to problem resolution and process improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate clear objectives for enhancing user and customer experiences that deliver results and meet organizational goals.
  • Influence decision‑making at the senior leadership level.
  • Perform highly complex digital and physical product and service work using domain knowledge and extensive business expertise.
  • Develop and deliver innovative strategies that benefit customers and product users.
  • Lead major business projects that impact the Experience Design job family.
  • Design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user needs and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in user‑centered design practices.

Expected Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on factors such as location, skills, and experience.

Salary may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500.

Our flexible work environment offers a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, ensuring collaboration and convenience.
