An award-winning, interdisciplinary design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior environments from concept through completion. The firm unites architecture, planning, and interiors into cohesive, sustainable spaces — with a portfolio spanning workplace, civic, and cultural projects across the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Define and present interior design direction with project leadership
• Oversee interiors across all phases: concept, schematic, DD, CD, and CA
• Present and refine design solutions directly with clients
• Guide and support junior designers in design and documentation
• Select sustainable finishes, materials, and furnishings; develop FF&E packages
• Integrate branding, graphics, and environmental storytelling into interiors

What you bring

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 10+ years leading interiors on complex workplace or civic projects
• Proficiency in Revit (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or Rhino a plus)
• Strong communication, technical, and materials expertise

This is a fully on-site role in San Francisco (no remote or hybrid).

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
