About the Role

In this role, youll launch products, but more importantly, youll define how the market understands a new category. Vibe is building AI hardware and software that turn everyday work into a living operating system. Your work will help companies recognize and champion a better, more connected and continuous way to work. To make that real, we need product story, category framing, and GTM motions working as one, across our entire offering.

Were looking for someone who can operate as the strategic center of gravity for our GTM strategy and execution. Ideally, you thrive when given the opportunity to turn product clarity into market momentum, shape narrative and positioning that provokes growth and businesses to evolve, align the entire revenue engine, and ensure every customer-facing motion speaks the same language.

This is a builder role for someone who loves orchestrating the alignment of product, brand, sales, and market dynamics. As the functional leader, youll work closely with the entire marketing team and lead the PMM team and results. Youre as obsessed with distinctive narratives as you are with enablement, competition, and launch systems. Youll be the connective tissue across the company.

What Youll Do

Youll evolve the architecture of our positioning, narrative, messaging, and GTM systems that define how Vibe shows up in the world. Youll be the bridge between product, brand, sales, and demand turning product truth into market power.

This role spans strategy, customer-centric storytelling, competitive insight, and launch excellence. Youll make the entire GTM engine clearer, more aligned, and more effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Vibes narrative, positioning, and messaging across multiple yet connected product lines, personas, and markets.
  • Develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 GTM launch systems that integrate Product, Brand, Demand, and Sales.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with our priority verticals.
  • Build competitive intelligence and market readiness, including battlecards, rip-and-replace plays, and market maps.
  • Create high-velocity sales/buyer enablement (talk tracks, solution sheets, discovery guides).
  • Partner with marketing demand and brand functions to ensure campaigns and creative are grounded in real product and customer truth.
  • Partner with marketing to align content, campaigns, and plays with the right messaging and ICP triggers.
  • Influence product roadmap with customer insights, competitive analysis, and market needs.
  • Ensure message consistency across website, marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead and measure PMM team impact through win rate, adoption, message pull-through, and launch performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

5-10+ years in Product Marketing with GTM strategy, bonus if B2B SaaS/AI hardware experience.

Proven ability to build and own a strategic narrative and translate complex tech into clear value.

Strong track record in orchestrating cross-functional product launches tied to revenue outcomes.

Experience with competitive intelligence, win/loss, and persona development.

Exceptional writing, synthesis, and customer-centric storytelling abilities.

Comfortable operating at high speed in ambiguity, builder mindset required.

Ability to work deeply with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing/Growth teams.

High ownership, high clarity, high accountability.
