Work Period:

January 2026 through June 2026

Location & Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, and the remaining days remote.

There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range:

Ranges from $25/hr - $34/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role:

As a key member of the Creative team, the Creative Operations Co op will help bring SharkNinja’s bold brand storytelling to life across everything from digital campaigns and product launches to packaging and retail displays. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing creative workflows, organizing high‑volume assets, tracking deadlines, and working cross‑functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. You’ll get a behind‑the‑scenes look into what it takes to power a high‑performing creative team at scale, supporting a culture of innovation, speed, and excellence.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to support the execution of high‑impact creative campaigns

Help manage creative asset organization, version control, and delivery across digital, packaging, and retail channels

Track project milestones and assist with creative production schedules using project management tools

Support the day‑to‑day operations of the creative team—including intake, prioritization, and communication between stakeholders

Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, digital, packaging, and content teams to ensure creative projects are aligned and on‑track

Participate in creative review sessions and help route feedback and approvals across multiple teams

Gain insight into the full creative process—from concept to execution to launch

Develop a strong understanding of how creative operations drive efficiency and impact within a fast‑paced brand environment

Support special projects that bridge storytelling, design, and execution for SharkNinja product launches

Facilitate weekly team meetings to align priorities, discuss progress, and identify roadblocks

Help organize and lead project kick‑offs (KOs), ensuring all stakeholders are clear on goals, timelines, and deliverables

Build strong working relationships across diverse teams and personalities, fostering collaboration and positive communication

Stay calm and solutions‑focused under pressure—keeping multiple projects moving forward in a fast‑paced environment

Anticipate project needs, proactively flag potential risks, and help drive creative problem‑solving

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

Education:

Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program, or have graduated within the past year

Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA

Experience supporting creative, brand, or content teams is strongly preferred

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and overlapping deadlines

Embraces structure, process, and timelines—while staying flexible and solution‑oriented

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Communicates clearly and confidently across teams (both written and verbal)

Comfortable using project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Wrike, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat)

Curious, collaborative, and excited to learn the inner workings of creative production and operations

Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management, or agency processes is a plus

Passionate about branding, creative strategy, and the power of operational excellence

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
