Job Summary
Magni Kalman Design is an award-winning luxury residential interior design firm located in Los Angeles. We are looking to hire a full-time Interior Designer with
AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
skills and 3-6 years experience to support our principals and senior design team. This is an opportunity to join a globally recognized design firm and grow alongside our team of inspiring designers.
Responsibilities
Utilize AutoCAD to produce interior design drawings.
Organize and develop design presentations for client review.
Research and select furniture and fabrics for high-end residential projects.
Utilize Photoshop to alter renderings/photographs for client presentation materials.
Process and order furnishings utilizing Design Manager accounting software.
Administrative project tasks as they relate to design projects.
Qualifications
Expert proficiency with AutoCAD and drawing floor plans, elevations and section details.
Proficiency with Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with order tracking software such as Design Manager, QuickBooks, Studio Webware.
Knowledge of 3D Studio Max and Revit is a plus.
Experience with high-end, luxury residential furniture and fabric lines is required.
A proactive and teamwork-focused attitude is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and impeccably organized.
