Job Description INSTALL-IT-DIRECT — San Diego’s premier outdoor living design-build firm for 16+ years — is expanding our elite sales team. We are looking for a high-performance closer who thrives on selling big-ticket outdoor living projects to affluent homeowners. If you’re driven, polished, and want to earn
$150,000–$300,000+ per year , this is the role.
Compensation
100% commission (uncapped)
$150,000–$300,000+ earning potential

What You’ll Do
Work pre-qualified, inbound leads — no cold calling
Conduct onsite consultations with homeowners
Capture site measurements and prepare 2D/3D design concepts
Present solutions & pricing on follow-up Google Meet sessions
Follow a proven two-appointment close system
Sell complete outdoor living projects: pavers, turf, patios, kitchens, pergolas, lighting, and more
Maintain relationships with clients and drive referrals
Collaborate with our experienced Project Management team (you ONLY sell — no build oversight)
Who We’re Looking For
2–5+ years in outside sales
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction preferred
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to learn our design software (ArcSite, SketchUp, VizTerra, etc. — we will train)
Clean, professional communication & presence
Self-motivated, organized, and competitive
Able to consistently execute a structured sales process
Your Performance Targets
$100,000+ in monthly sold revenue by Month 3
30%+ close rate once fully ramped
Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
Ability to manage 12–18 appointments per month
