Syneos Health is looking for an experienced Social Associate Director. The Social Associate Director is a role within the integrated media team responsible for planning and executing advanced social strategy. The Social Associate Director will lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and drive success for our largest and most prominent clients across the pharma/healthcare space.
Responsibilities
Plan, present and own the success of social engine marketing programs across the largest clients at Syneos Health.
Lead, mentor and train members of the social team through a social professional development program.
Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best practice campaign development for the social department.
Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting.
Provide support to new business through industry analysis and social landscape estimation.
Regularly author POVs to ensure the team is up to date on the latest social trends and engine algorithm updates.
Demonstrate outstanding performance in market, exceeding client expectations and KPIs through class‑leading social programs.
Requirements
6+ years of experience leading, executing, and planning Paid Social media campaigns.
Able to put together and present integrated social strategy.
Have experience participating in pitches for new business and understand how to operationalize complex asks during the RFP process.
Experience interacting directly with clients, building relationships, and seeing great campaigns executed and reported on flawlessly.
Experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube).
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.
Candidates should be free to travel as‑needed to support the business.
Experience in pharma or healthcare is required.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
