This role will be on a HYBRID schedule at our US HQ in El Segundo, CA

Why you will love this role KARL STORZ is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support growth and innovation within the Airway Management Division. This role partners closely with the Airway Marketing Team to drive engagement, visibility, and revenue growth across a rapidly expanding product portfolio. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and field teams in a fast-paced environment

What you will be doing:

Support strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share

Develop and manage digital and sales enablement assets, including presentations, campaign materials, and trade show content

Support product and program launch, including legacy portfolio management

Serve as a marketing liaison to Sales, Service, Technical Services, and cross-functional partners

Gather field and customer insights to enhance programs and guide innovation

Assist in demand planning and forecasting in partnership with product and supply teams

Represent and champion the Airway portfolio brand within the U.S. market

Support customer, field, and clinical education initiatives, including labs and conferences

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of experience in medical sales and/or marketing

Strong knowledge of marketing principles and market research

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally

Experience with agencies or product management is a plus

Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
