Summary The Marketing Manager supports hotel and restaurant marketing initiatives by managing content, digital assets, and brand messaging across multiple channels. This role collaborates with property leaders, corporate teams, and external partners to execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creative, and data‑driven, with a passion for hospitality and marketing.
Responsibilities
Manage content, photography, and digital assets across brand and property marketing channels.
Support SEO, SEM, social media, email/CRM, and reputation management initiatives to optimize brand.com profitability.
Create and curate promotional programs in partnership with hotel teams for PR, social, and incremental revenue opportunities.
Coordinate Passkey initiatives, campaigns, and upsell strategies to drive group and leisure revenue.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and community partners to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Analyze KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and present results to property leaders and corporate marketing.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in marketing, hospitality sales, revenue management, or OTA; agency/hospitality experience a plus.
Strong project management, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Ability to analyze metrics, identify trends, and recommend campaign adjustments.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Creative problem‑solving approach with a results‑driven mindset.
