OVERVIEW We are looking for a dynamic, brand-obsessed Field Marketing Manager who will help bring this mission to life locally. The Part-Time Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand awareness and deepening community engagement within the Chicagoland area. This role is the boots-on-the-ground extension of the CRISP & GREEN marketing team: connecting with partners, coordinating sampling initiatives, hosting events, and creating moments that authentically introduce our brand to new audiences.
This is a highly relational, energetic, and creative role perfect for someone who loves being out in the community and thrives within a wellness-driven brand.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Community Engagement & Outreach
Identify, build, and nurture relationships with gyms, fitness studios, corporate offices, schools, wellness leaders, and lifestyle businesses.
Conduct high-quality complimentary food drops that introduce CRISP & GREEN to priority partners and potential guests.
Represent the brand at wellness events, races, festivals, farmers markets, corporate gatherings, and local activations.
Serve as the local eyes and ears for what is happening in the community and where the brand should show up.
Event Planning & Execution
Host in-store and offsite events that drive trial, loyalty program adoption, and community connection.
Manage event logistics including set-up, sampling, brand materials, and guest experience.
Partner closely with restaurant managers to ensure smooth, on-brand execution of all activations.
Partnership Development
Proactively pitch CRISP & GREEN collaborations to like-minded businesses and wellness-forward organizations.
Ensure each partnership has a clear value exchange and measurable outcome.
Maintain an organized pipeline of potential and current partners.
Brand Representation & Storytelling
Be the face of CRISP & GREEN in the local market: energetic, polished, wellness-minded, and highly guest-focused.
Confidently educate partners and guests on our menu, quality standards, loyalty program, and brand mission.
Ensure all community-facing materials and interactions align with brand standards.
Tracking & Reporting
Document all events and engagement activity with photos, partner details, and key takeaways.
Track KPIs such as sampling reach, event attendance, partner conversions, loyalty signups, and catering leads.
Provide weekly recaps to the marketing team with insights and recommendations.
Time Commitment & Compensation
Part-time: ~15–25 hours per week
Flexible schedule with work tied to outreach and event calendars
Competitive hourly rate + complimentary meals + branded gear
Requirements
1–3 years of marketing, events, hospitality, community engagement, or similar experience
Strong communicator with a warm, professional presence
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Highly organized with strong follow-throughAbility to work evenings and weekends for events
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
