The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS solutions. Working closely with the demand generation and campaign marketing teams, this role ensures our digital channels are performing effectively across owned media, paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and web optimization. Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, the senior specialist role helps translate strategy into high-impact digital programs that fuel company growth.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Execute and optimize digital marketing programs across SEO, SEM, paid media (Google, Bing, LinkedIn), and organic channels to drive awareness and lead generation.

Manage day-to-day performance of paid campaigns and budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with demand generation goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and conversion improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, content creators, and web teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Support website optimization initiatives, including landing page testing, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization.

Stay current with evolving digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.

Assist with new technology implementation, including digital ad platforms, analytics, and automation tools.

What You Bring to the Team

2-4 years of successful B2B software digital marketing experience, preferably in a high growth, fast‑paced SaaS organization.

Ability to translate marketing strategy into actionable digital programs with measurable outcomes.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, owned and paid media management and proven ability to work directly in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proven track record of analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Hands‑on experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI across digital channels.

Collaborative mindset: skilled at partnering with campaign, content, and analytics teams to execute integrated campaigns.

Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

Curiosity and initiative: eager to test, learn, and innovate in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

(Bonus) Familiarity with 6Sense, Influ2, and Qualified or other ABM/digital engagement tools.
