Social Media Strategist
As a Social Media Strategist at
Social Imprint , you will lead the strategy, onboarding, and performance side of our clients’ social media presence, helping top real estate professionals turn their expertise into authority. Your mission is to build intentional, brand‑driven strategies that attract attention, build trust, and convert followers into clients.
You will work directly with agents, brokers, and teams to understand their brand, goals, and audience. From onboarding to analytics, you will guide them through every step of their content strategy, ensuring their message, aesthetic, and positioning align with their business objectives. While you won’t create or post content yourself, you’ll collaborate with our creative, copy, and video teams to bring your strategy to life with precision and purpose.
Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding, including communication, email setup, and backend organization.
Host discovery and strategy calls to define goals, target audience, and content direction.
Conduct deep client research to identify what has worked, what hasn’t, and where opportunities lie.
Audit each client’s current social media presence, aesthetic, and messaging.
Build tailored social strategies, defining content pillars, formats, and overall direction.
Collaborate on brand kits and ensure visuals and messaging align with client goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (copy, creative, video) to maintain brand consistency.
Lead monthly strategy and analytics calls, reviewing performance and refining direction.
Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable next steps.
Ensure all strategies align with Social Imprint’s standards of quality, brand authority, and measurable growth.
