We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Director to lead and elevate the creative identity of a high‑growth technology brand. This hands‑on leader will translate strategic brand direction into world‑class creative systems, campaigns, visuals, and narratives while building and mentoring a high‑performing creative team. This role requires alignment with executive leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Brand leadership and executives to define and execute creative vision.
Lead and inspire designers, art directors, motion designers, and other creative team members.
Build scalable creative systems that support enterprise, consumer, government, and platform‑facing initiatives.
Translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns, visual narratives, and launch materials.
Create high‑quality decks, brand books, and presentations for executives, investors, and stakeholders.
Maintain elite creative standards while operating at speed and managing multiple projects.
Mentor and grow a team, ultimately building multiple creative silos.
Required Experience
10+ years in creative, brand, or design leadership roles.
Proven experience in high‑impact, global, or product launch campaigns.
Hands‑on expertise in brand systems, design systems, and visual storytelling.
Required Skills
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote, and presentation design.
Strong strategic thinking and creative intuition.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
