As our Marketing Analyst, you will work to support our office of commercial real estate advisors in the metro Atlanta, San Jose, and Denver areas. Analyst must display a professional demeanor and attitude, be team players, and have a thirst for understanding the commercial real estate industry in a thriving market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough contact research to assist agents in targeting the right prospects.
Develop and design marketing brochures to showcase properties and commercial real estate opportunities.
Perform industry research to support our agents with up-to-date market trends and insights.
Handle various clerical and administrative tasks to streamline the agents' workflow.
Collaborate closely with agents to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and research.
Show properties to prospective tenants and buyers
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred.
Proficiency in conducting research and working with data to support marketing efforts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, Adobe, or Canva) is a plus.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Location
This role is based out of our Lakewood, CO office (Denver West office complex).
