Junior Marketing Manager - Entry Level ($42,000 - $82,000) Maryland and Northern Virginia (On-Site) About the Role: NPI is seeking ambitious, growth-oriented recent graduates to join our Manager in Training program. This full-time, in-person role provides hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. We offer a dynamic environment where new professionals can gain valuable experience, receive personalized mentorship, and move into management roles based on performance—not tenure. This is not door-to-door, canvassing or commission only role. What You’ll Do: Represent products and services inside high-traffic retail locations Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies Manage individual territory goals and support broader campaign execution Assist with onboarding and training of new team members Develop leadership and operational management skills through ongoing mentorship What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus
