About The Role The Associate Creative Director is responsible for supporting the creative vision and execution for a variety of projects, while also playing a key role in the development of your dedicated account. This position requires a high level of conceptual skills, client presentation and leadership abilities. The Associate Creative Director works closely with the creative director, clients, producers, and other creative team members to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities

Clearly conceptualize and present innovative concepts for campaigns, digital activations, films and experiences
Support and lead the creative direction for projects, from concept to execution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and producers to ensure successful project outcomes
Mentor and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously evolve the creative process
Provide strategic and creative input to clients, account managers, and internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Ensure that all projects, align with the brand and maintain a consistent look and feel for a pixel perfect delivery
Inspire the team with new finds and a great attitude
About You
Experience & experimentation with leading AI tools
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in advertising and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience with retail for large consumer brands
Excellent conceptual and design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
Excellent management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing
Ability to think strategically and provide creative input to clients and internal teams
The Associate Creative Director is a key leader within the creative team and plays a critical role in driving the success of individual projects, as well as the evolution of the account. This role requires a combination of technical and creative skills, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range$125,000—$135,000 USD
