We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms. This role is responsible for building high-performing campaigns, analyzing performance data, testing creative strategies, and continuously improving conversion rates. You’ll work closely with our creative and leadership teams to ensure every dollar spent is driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and additional digital platforms.
Develop audience targeting strategies, budget allocation, and media buying plans to maximize ROI
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analyze audience data and market trends to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Collaborate closely with the design team to develop high-impact ad creatives.
I’d like you to stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage ad spend efficiently to ensure all campaigns remain within approved budgets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking
Working knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization
Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
Understanding of advertising policies and compliance standards
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Bonus: Experience using Photoshop, Canva, or other creative design tools
