Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities
Coordinate event logistics, including supplies, signage, and on‑site materials
Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
Support event staff to ensure smooth, efficient event operations
Distribute informational materials and answer basic questions about the organization or campaign
Assist with event takedown, cleanup, and post‑event organization
Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to support future event improvements
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent required
