fal is building the Generative Media Cloud. Infrastructure that helps creators and developers turn raw ideas into finished media, instantly. We’re growing fast and looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape the narrative of our brand across every channel and touchpoint.

Why this role matters Great infrastructure deserves great storytelling. You’ll define and own fal’s content engine, educating new users, energizing our community, and generating demand through content that actually gets shared. This isn’t a back-office blog role, you’ll be front and center on product launches, viral moments, and shaping how the market sees fal.
What you’ll do
Build and own a strategic content calendar spanning blog, social, newsletters, product launches, and downloadable assets
Create high-quality, high-velocity content across the funnel — from technical deep dives to product announcements to viral memes
Partner with product, sales, and customer success to craft clear, differentiated messaging tailored to each audience
Lead and execute model and product launches, owning the story from Twitter threads to press pitches
Optimize content for distribution and performance, including SEO, shareability, and conversion
Monitor trends, user behavior, and competitor narratives to keep our content relevant and punchy
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or media, especially in fast-moving tech environments
You have a great internet persona. You’ve built an audience, launched ideas that took off, or know how to consistently punch above your weight online
Have a proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and pipeline, not just impressions
Know how to move fast and iterate. You’re more “publish and learn” than “perfect and wait”
Can write across formats: short, long, witty, serious, technical, or viral and know which one to use when
Bonus: you’re familiar with AI, dev tools, or creative communities and love staying at the edge of what's possible
Compensation: $150,000 - $210,000 OTE + equity + comprehensive benefits package
