The Director of Sales and Marketing plays a vital role within the hotel leadership team, responsible for directing the sales team, creating strategies to maximize revenue, and ensuring we meet our market share growth objectives.

The Director of Sales will report directly to the General Manager and will collaborate closely with other departments to implement revenue-generating initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires an enthusiastic and motivated leader with a proven track record in sales, capable of building strong relationships with clients while driving performance through effective sales techniques and market analysis.

Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hotel sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies

Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with hotel sales software is a plus
