Base pay range $32.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Technology Communications Consultant
to join the team of our exceptional client. This role focuses on driving effective communication, storytelling, and messaging within a technology organization to support the adoption of new tools, capabilities, and processes.
This position requires polished communication skills, project coordination expertise, the ability to build strong relationships, and a talent for turning complex technical concepts into simple, engaging messaging.

Responsibilities
Deliver polished written communications, incorporating storytelling that highlights organizational culture and values
Partner with Marketing and Internal Communications to ensure message consistency across all digital and in-person channels
Develop and execute communication materials such as job aids, fact sheets, web content, instructional guides, briefings, and presentations
Support outreach and engagement across stakeholder groups to drive awareness, understanding, and buy-in
Contribute to project documentation and training program design and delivery
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, public relations, journalism, or similar field
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication abilities
Experience developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others
Strong research skills and the ability to find and synthesize information quickly
Talent for explaining complex technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
1–3 years of relevant experience
Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting change management or technology adoption initiatives
Background in internal communications within a technology or enterprise environment
Familiarity with digital communication channels and content management tools
