About The Job Our client has an exciting career opportunity for a Paid Media Account Executive on the Marketing Team reporting to the Manager of Media.
Position Summary We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Paid Media Account Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This team member is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media efforts. The position will work collaboratively with global marketing, media agencies, and creative teams to execute our paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and bookings.
This position sits on-site in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Support the execution and optimization of cross‑channel paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic channels, TV, Print, OOH and Audio.
Media Planning: Prepare monthly and quarterly media plan summaries to be shared with internal stakeholders.
Budget Oversight: Track campaign budgets and spend, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and timelines.
Creative: Assist in developing and delivering clear, strategic creative briefs to creative teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Traffic: Manage the trafficking of campaign assets across platforms, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
Reporting: Work with paid media agencies to maintain paid media projections up to date.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing campaign documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in paid media (TV, Print, OOH, Audio, OLV, Programmatic, Social, Search); experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic media buying tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
Creativity: Experience with creative briefing processes and trafficking tools. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail.
Project Management: Strong project management skills including the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines. Experience using project management tools like Wrike.
