What You’ll Do This is an active marketing role that focuses on real interactions and clear communication. You won’t be behind a desk. You’ll help brands show up confidently inside partnered retail environments where customers already are.
You will:
Share brand messages through straightforward, in-person conversations
Represent campaigns in a professional and engaging way in busy retail settings
Create interactions that build interest and reinforce brand awareness
Keep materials organized and ensure visual consistency throughout the day
Notice audience reactions and provide simple feedback to the team
Support the daily flow of on-site campaign activity
You’ll play a visible part in the customer experience.
Who You Are You’re someone who:
Communicates clearly and listens well
Handles fast-moving environments with a calm, steady approach
Learns quickly and adjusts when needed
Connects naturally with people
Shows reliability, professionalism, and follow-through
Wants to build practical skills in communication and marketing
Experience is helpful, but your approach matters most.

Customer service or hospitality experience
Exposure to brand-facing or customer-facing environments
Comfort interacting with diverse groups of people
