Our client is a leading quick-service restaurant brand with locations nationwide. They are seeking a
Marketing Project Manager
for a yearlong engagement starting in early January.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, resources, deliverables, and communications for local marketing projects and activation resources, including local assets, social content, best practice guides, and event-based materials.
Collaborate across Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between national and local strategies.
Own project setup, tracking, and delivery in Adobe Workfront.
Anticipate requests, identify risks early, and work with internal partners to keep projects moving forward.
Serve as a dependable point of contact, providing clarity, care, and proactive communication that keeps teams and partners aligned throughout each phase.
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, ideally within an agency, in-house agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
Experience managing market-level creative and local activations.
Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or comparable project management tools.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-service oriented with a genuine heart to serve.
Ability to build trust, strengthen relationships, and guide teams toward shared success.
Calm and flexible under pressure, able to adapt quickly and balance multiple priorities with excellence.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
