Senior Technical Content Communication Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Content Communication Specialist to lead our technology content management and communication efforts. This role is essential for managing knowledge-sharing platforms, reviewing and updating technical documentation, automating and crafting executive reports, generating metrics storytelling presentations, and generating regular organizational newsletters and required communications across the regions. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, presentation, and data visualization, effectively communicating complex information to senior executives and broader audiences.

What You Will Do In The Role

Content Management and Knowledge Sharing:

Oversee the content management of knowledge-sharing platforms, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

Documentation Review and Updates:

Conduct regular reviews of existing Cyber Security procedure and policy documentation to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine content as needed.

Executive Reporting and Automation:

Automate the generation of senior-level executive reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Write and design reports that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly executive reports across organization updates on projects, people, process, and technology.

Newsletter and Communication Generation:

Produce and distribute regular organizational newsletters, highlighting key updates, achievements, and initiatives.

Develop communication strategies to engage and inform employees at all levels.

Metrics Analysis & Presentation:

Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity metrics program to measure the effectiveness of security initiatives.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational security goals.

Develop and maintain dashboards, presentations and reporting tools to visualize cybersecurity performance data.

Advanced Storytelling and Presentation:

Advanced at data analysis, review metrics, graph storytelling and presentations.

Create compelling presentations that incorporate advanced storytelling techniques, graphs, and metrics.

Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and impactful manner.

What You Will Bring To The Role

5-8 years experience, bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Advance skills in automating reports in PowerBi, PowerPoint, Infographic, Excel, and Word.

Extensive experience in content management, executive communication, and report writing.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools.

Advance skills in PowerPoint, Infographic, Excel, and Word.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range for the position: $65,000 to $120,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and may participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
