Marketing Manager – Away From Home

Job Overview KDP is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success to lead and develop marketing plans and programming for the Hospitality, Convenience, and Distribution Channels. You will drive change, create innovative solutions, and work with internal stakeholders and industry leaders to develop business strategies and solve complex customer needs.
Responsibilities
Build and deliver compelling presentations by working closely with National Account Executives (NAEs). Develop retail‑specific selling stories across Convenience, Hospitality, and Distribution.
Support major conferences and events. Work closely with Sales to develop marketing materials, customer presentations, and assist with product sampling.
Track and manage initiatives against a budget and timeline.
Analyze marketing program results and develop recommendations for improvement.
Build effective and productive relationships with internal teams such as sales, commercial, brand teams, R&D, along with external stakeholders and customers.
Total Rewards
Salary Range: $97,000 - $118,000
Actual placement may vary.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.
Experience preferred in Fortune 500 or Consumer‑Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance, or related industries.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, cross‑functional teams, and customers.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented; comfortable in fast‑paced, changing environments.
Strong problem‑solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
