Overview As a Paid Search Media Supervisor, you will report directly to an Associate Media Director on the account, and be responsible for the search strategy, account management, ideation and innovation of testing, team management, and overall performance of the account. You will lead the creation and management of Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft. Ideal candidates are passionate about the evolving world of digital marketing and have a strong background and interest in emerging trends across marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day management of campaigns, optimizations, and reporting to ensure optimal performance and business objectives are met.
Adhere to processes, quality assurance protocols, and best practices, while introducing improvements and evolving existing practices as necessary.
Develop and foster relationships across the internal Search team, larger media planning team, and clients.
Solve client challenges through successful campaign management and staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
Lead strategic development and execution for complex marketing tactics such as bid strategy frameworks, new automated campaign types, ad copy testing, KPI forecasting, advertising effectiveness, media mix modeling, and conversion attribution analysis.
Refresh and manage campaigns’ audience strategy as it relates to campaign goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively and foster a positive team mentality.
Maintain day‑to‑day contact with platform reps.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, or a similar analytical field.
Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, nested IF statements).
4‑6 years of Paid Search experience required.
1‑2 years of management experience.
Strong understanding of various bidding methodologies and automated solutions.
Understanding of first, second, and third‑party data usage and opportunities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Experience with SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads required.
Knowledge of Google Analytics navigation and interpretation is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology is preferred.
