Role Overview The Field Marketing Manager will serve as a local marketing strategist and brand ambassador for Crust Pizza Co. franchisees. This role bridges the gap between corporate brand strategy and in-store execution, offering hands‑on support to drive catering awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data‑driven marketer with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and B2B outreach tailored to catering success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Catering Sales:

Actively pursue, follow up, and close catering orders through outreach, visits, and relationship‑building.

Execute Local Marketing:

Plan and run grassroots campaigns (samplings, drops, partnerships) that directly generate catering & event revenue.

Build B2B Relationships:

Establish repeat business with local offices, schools, and community partners to grow a steady catering pipeline.

Support Grand Openings:

Lead pre‑ and post‑opening efforts to secure catering and group orders for new stores.

Track Results & ROI:

Report weekly on leads, sales, and marketing activity. Adjust plans based on performance and present results and revenue brought in.

Collaborate with Stores:

Work closely with franchisees and managers to align on local strategy and execution.

Represent the Brand Locally:

Attend events and samplings to boost visibility and secure new catering clients.

Outcome:

Support a franchise to build the infrastructure to hire a field marketer and transition the role to a restaurant‑specific position.

Support:

Create marketing plans for "Red Stores," low‑performing locations.

Key Qualifications

Comfortable traveling 60–100% of the time to franchise locations.

3+ years of experience in restaurant or franchise marketing, preferably in fast casual or QSR.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across locations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives to completion.

Outcome focused.

Compensation is dependent upon experience.
