POSITION SUMMARY As the sole member of our creative department, you will be responsible for spearheading all marketing initiatives. This includes conducting market research, creating engaging content, and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation, member acquisition, and retention. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand’s visibility and positioning us as the preferred choice for salon professionals. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing & SEO:

Plan and execute digital campaigns (social media, email, online ads) and SEO strategies to build brand visibility, attract interest, and generate qualified leads. track performance and adjusting tactics to improve lead quality and ROI. Content Creation:

Craft and publish engaging, trend‑inspired organic content and paid ads for social media and search; manage online business profiles; use design/editing tools (Premiere, Lightroom) to ensure visuals stay on brand‑all with an eye toward maximizing brand reach and lead conversion. Brand Management:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Enhance the brand’s image and reputation. Community Engagement:

Actively engage with beauty professionals and our community. Respond to comments, interact on posts, and maintain an active social media presence to foster a sense of connection and community. Targeted support for priority locations:

Provide direct outreach for assigned stores‑contacting leads, scheduling tours/appointments, following up, logging interactions, and boosting engagement to help critical locations grow. Guerrilla Marketing:

Execute guerrilla marketing tactics, particularly for new/priority stores, to generate buzz and attract our target audience. Market Research:

Conduct comprehensive market research including competitive landscape analysis through secret shops, online research, and market data evaluation to understand industry trends and opportunities. Reporting & Strategy:

Prepare and present detailed data reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. Utilize insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement. BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: TECHNICAL SKILLS: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, content design (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop), and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). COMMUNICATION: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presents information in a clear and concise manner, listens attentively to information, and proactively communicates with others. ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. ADAPTABILITY: Proactive and creative approach to problem‑solving. Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and weekends as needed to engage with brand audience, respond to messages, and produce relevant reports. SELF‑SUFFICIENT: Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision. Ability to meet strict monthly posting and reporting deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS: Position Location: Based out of Houston office. Ability to travel to store locations in Houston, DFW, San Antonio, Austin, and New Braunfels as business needs require. Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role with a demonstrated ability in content creation, SEO, and campaign management. Physical Conditions: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to hear and speak clearly in person and on the telephone. Regularly requires repetitive motion of wrists, finger dexterity and visual acuity for computer work. Occasionally required to reach, kneel, bend or stoop. Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds. May require walking on unfinished floors, and locations under construction. COMPENSATION: This role is a full‑time salaried position ( $50‑$55k) with bonus potential and growth opportunity.
