The Job Step into the world of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where bold ideas meet modern luxury. As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the creative energy of the resort, bringing our brand to life through smart strategy, thoughtful storytelling, and unforgettable guest experiences.
The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee the implementation of the brand strategy and marketing plans across the property. This role will also contribute to the strategic planning of growth initiatives and provide reports on campaign performance.

The Day‑to‑day
Lead the project management, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns and optimize media strategies for the property and its venue partners, overseeing the day‑to‑day campaign development and working closely with the marketing COEs and operations teams
Maintain a deep understanding of the property’s verticals, corporate initiatives, business objectives, and marketing/media needs, ensuring full transparency of media campaign activities to property, corporate, and partner teams, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
Conduct regular audits of website and third‑party content, identifying and aggregating necessary updates to ensure the website is 100% accurate and up to date
Negotiate and execute integrated in‑market media placements and programmatic digital buys, using audience/behavioral segmentation, retargeting, and sequential messaging to assess the effectiveness of these strategies
Coordinate internal/external resources and leverage industry insights to execute property, vertical, and corporate campaigns, working with the Brand Marketing team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaign assets
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience in Communications, Marketing, or Business Management
Three (3) years of prior relevant experience in Marketing with an emphasis on integrated or digital media
Knowledge and experience creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the Hospitality and/or Gaming/Entertainment industries preferred>
Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to a variety of audiences and cultural backgrounds from mid to upper‑senior Executives
