About the Role As a

Commission-Based Sales Representative , you’ll sell Revvia’s marketing and Fractional CMO services to business owners. We’ll

provide warm leads , clear offers, and support—you bring the hustle, phone skills, and follow-through.

This role is ideal for a

go-getter

who wants flexible hours, uncapped commissions, and the ability to realistically earn

$100k+

by consistently closing just a few deals per month.

Leads Provided:

You won’t be starting from zero. You’ll work active leads and pipeline generated through our marketing and outreach.

Commission Structure:

100% commission. On-target earnings of

$100k+

are realistic for reps who consistently close

3+ deals per month . There is

no cap

on earnings.

Schedule:

Primarily remote and flexible, with a required in-person sales meeting in

Carlsbad on Wednesdays from 10:00–11:00 AM .

What You’ll Do

Work Provided Leads:

Sell High-Value Services:

Present Revvia’s Fractional CMO and marketing solutions in a clear, confident, and honest way.

Phone-Based Selling:

Spend the majority of your time on the phone—outbound and inbound—building rapport and moving deals through the pipeline.

Follow Up:

Own the full cycle from first contact to signed agreement, with a focus on consistent follow up.

Use Multiple Channels:

Primarily phone, plus email, text, and LinkedIn where appropriate.

Team Collaboration:

Attend weekly in-person Wednesday meetings in Carlsbad to review pipeline, sharpen skills, and stay aligned with the team.

Proven Phone Seller:

Phone sales experience is a must. You’re comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing over the phone.

Self-Starter & Self-Managed:

You can manage your own time, pipeline, and activity levels without being micromanaged.

Goal-Oriented:

You’re motivated by hitting targets, improving your numbers, and increasing your income.

Organized & Reliable:

You track your leads, use a CRM (or can learn quickly), and follow up consistently.

Local & Mobile:

Able to attend weekly meetings in Carlsbad, CA.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months In)

You’re consistently making

daily outbound calls

and working your lead list.

You have a

healthy pipeline

of active opportunities at various stages.

You’re putting yourself on track for

$100k+ annual earnings .

Compensation

Commission-Only (1099)

– No base salary.

Uncapped Earnings

– The more you close, the more you earn.

Realistic OTE:

Work with our closers to achieve ~3-5 deals per month are realistically on pace for

$100k+ per year .

Leads Provided:

You are not starting from scratch; you’ll be working an existing lead flow.
