What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage the Content Platform team, overseeing tools for content creation, translation, and publication

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, content, and product management

Empower and mentor team members while promoting personal career development

Work with external partners to deliver contractual features and enhancements

Ensure product architecture, performance, and quality meet user needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing software engineering teams

Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and web application architecture

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience with design systems and shared component libraries

Background as a Senior Backend or Backend‑leaning Fullstack Engineer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering techniques

Experience building platforms that support product teams' needs and enhance user experience

History of blogging or essay‑writing to demonstrate strong written communication skills
