About the Opportunity As the
Community Relations Director , you’ll serve as the face of Red Cedar Lodge — connecting families, referral partners, and the greater Lansing community to a place residents are proud to call home.
You’ll be responsible for:
Developing and executing an effective marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and brand awareness
Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
Managing leads and move-ins through the CRM system to ensure a seamless experience
Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
2–3 years of successful sales or marketing experience
in high end senior living (Independent, Assisted, or Memory Care)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
