12/03/2025 The Ohio Department of Development is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer; experience with
Salesforce Omnistudio required. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, & troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning), application development skills, & the ability to solve complex software problems. Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development. Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform. Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases. Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform. Create timelines & estimates for project work. Troubleshoot & fix bugs. Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met. Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements. Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress. Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager. Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders. Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.
